Conference attendees and exhibitor housing will be
available in the Hyatt Regency and Galt House Hotels.
Reservations
are to be made via phone or website directly with the
hotel (by using the link below). The housing deadline
for the KMEA rate is January 11.
Housing
for performing groups and KCMENC chapters may
be secured by using the All-State
Housing Form for the hotel of
choice. Pre-payment of housing costs is expected
prior to arrival.

to share housing must arrange for this with other schools
prior to making hotel reservations or submitting housing forms. Directors
may wish to access the linked All-State rosters to determine whether other schools may have
uneven
numbers of male of female students that would fill out
incomplete rooms. Due to time constraints, the KMEA office
staff cannot assist with the search for other schools to
pair with.
